Former television and film actor known primarily for his role as Mayor Teddy Burnside in the 1977 comedy television series Carter Country. He is also known by his appearances on shows such as M*A*S*H, Roseanne, Full House, Murder She Wrote, Beverly Hills, 90210 and The Dukes of Hazzard.

He graduated from Claremont Men’s College in Claremont, California.

He made his official television debut in 1974 while on the show ‘Emergency +4.’
