Architect who designed the Croatian State Archives building in Zagreb. His other projects included the Lutheran Center on Gundulićeva street, the priests’ home on Palmotićeva street, and a Jewish synagogue in Sarajevo.
He helped to design the Heidelberg University Library. He founded his own Zagreb-based studio in 1907.
He was a proponent of the art nouveau style of architecture.
He was born into the Croation Jewish family, Lubinski – Lövy. He was buried in the Mirogoj Cemetery.
He and Henry Van Develde were fellow art-nouveau architects.
