Australian composer known for his work in British film and television. He composed “Doctor Who’s” theme music.
He joined the Royal Australian Air Force in December 1940 in which he scored and organized the servicemen shows. He studied with the famed Eugene Goossens at the New South Wales State Conservatorium of Music.
He composed the music for “The Prisoner,” the cult-classic 1967 British television miniseries.
